Galle is our favorite corner in the world. We were lucky to find Villa Bentota on the Galle Road — a serene little nook of its own, an hour and forty minutes from Colombo Airport.
Stay

This is where most of you will be staying. This will be arranged by us. We will need you to RSVP at the earliest to make sure we make proper arrangements.

Some of you may be arriving on earlier flights . Please do let us know your arrival time when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to make sure you're taken care of from the moment you land.
We're happy to be covering your stay, along with breakfast and dinner on both nights. Please treat the hotel as your home for the weekend. If you'd like to enjoy any additional services, spa treatments, or extras during your time there, you're more than welcome to. We'd just ask that any incidental charges are settled directly with the hotel at checkout.
Checkout is 12:00pm on the 28th September
Depending on how the RSVPs come in, some of you might be booked into adjacent hotels. We will let you know as soon as we can.
Getting there
Flying
All international flights land at the Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport. We would recommend applying for an EVisa in advance, to avoid the on arrival line at the airport. They issue the visa in under 10 minutes.
Please try and get yourselves prepaid taxis from the airport straight to the hotel. It should take you about an hour and forty five minutes and cost you about $30 to $50.
Getting around
We will have 1 or 2 cabs hired for the weekend. These would be available for emergencies and quick turnarounds. But if you require cabs for any other reasons, the hotel concierge should be able to help you out with the same.
